1. How much does it cost to list my racket?
It costs £3.50 for a listing. This caters for each unique racket you have to sell or identical rackets you may want to sell as a bundle. You can even include your racket bag as part of the listing! We donate 50p from each listing fee to the charity of our choice.
2. How long will my racket stay listed for?
We will advertise your racket on our site for as long as it takes to sell.
3. Can I list more than 1 racket?
Yes, you can list as many rackets as you wish once you have an account with us.
4. Can I sell several rackets with my carry bag?
Yes you can bundle the items together in a single listing with us providing the rackets within your racket bag are the same brand and size.
Please specify the condition of each racket within your description.

5. Do you offer a discount for listing more than 1 racket?
Sadly we don’t, but occasionally we may offer reduced listing fees.
6. How do I get paid by the buyer?
Once someone has offered to buy your racket you are free to communicate with them direct.
You can send them your own paypal invoice to request funds from them or arrange cash on collection if you have chosen this as one of your accepted payment methods.

7. What if the buyer does not pay me?
If you have requested payment via paypal then shipping the racket out before payment has been received is done at your own risk.
8. How much should I charge for shipping my racket?
Approximate charges for shipping out via royal mail are £6 first class and £5 for second class.
9. How should I package my racket for shipping?
We advise wrapping the racket in bubble-wrap and packing inside a deconstructed cardboard box.
10. I’ve bought a racket and it is not as advertised. What can I do?
You will need to contact the seller direct to explain the nature of the issue with your racket.
11. I’ve sold my racket – what do I do now?
Once you have been paid for your racket you can login to your account with savemyracket.com and mark your racket as sold.
12. How long does it take to list my racket for sale?
There are 3 easy steps to listing your racket. 1. Create an account 2. Add your racket information and photos 3. Pay the listing fee. It can be done from the courtside within 2 minutes. It really is that simple!
